A device for transporting and laying power lines on an electric furnace provided with a plurality of trays comprises: gripping means arranged on the electric furnace; driving means, which are arranged on a plurality of points on the electric furnace so as to be synchronized with the gripping means, for pulling power lines through a reciprocal movement of an actuator; and a control means for independently controlling the gripping means and the driving means through a unit controller and a central controller, thereby allowing multiple units to be cooperatively operated when the electric furnace is narrow or when laying a long-distance electric furnace comprising straight and curved sections, and thus minimizing the number of workers while shortening the duration of the process.

다수의 트레이가 마련된 전로 상에 전선을 이송하여 포설하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 전로 상에 배치되는 파지수단, 상기 전로의 다수의 지점에 파지수단과 동조하도록 배치되고, 엑츄에이터의 왕복운동으로 전선을 당기는 구동수단 및 상기 파지수단과 구동수단을 단위제어기와 중앙제어기로 분산 제어하는 제어수단을 포함하여 전로가 협소하거나 직선과 곡선의 긴 거리 전로의 포설시에 여러대를 협업으로 운용하여 작업 인원의 투입을 최소화하면서 공정의 시수를 단축할 수 있다.
