In its Judgement No. 298/97 of 28 August 1997, the Military Court at Yaoundé, which has jurisdiction over the entire national territory, sentenced them, on the charge of murder, to the following terms of imprisonment: 15 years (Housseini), 12 years (François Sali and Samuel Baidou) and 10 years (Pagna Fada, Bertrand Wandji and Emmanuel Kano);
