La misma norma legal prevé, en su párrafo único, que, independientemente de la referida comunicación, el CADE notificará la ANP respecto al contenido de la decisión de aplicación de sanción por violación al orden económico practicada por empresas o personas físicas en el ejercicio de actividades relativas al suministro nacional de combustibles, para que ésta adopte las medidas legales de su alcance.
