وفي 14 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2011، أبلغت الدولة الطرف اللجنة أن قاضي تحقيق من محكمة الدرجة الأولى في غرومباليا زار، في 14 أيار/مايو 2011، المقبرة البلدية لمدينة منزل بوزلفة، برفقة ثلاثة خبراء في الطب الشرعي، لرصد عملية استخراج جثة المتوفى ونقلها إلى مستشفى شارل نيكول في تونس العاصمة لتشريحها هناك.

On 14 December 2011, the State party informed the Committee that on 14 May 2011 an investigation judge from the First Instance Tribunal of Grombalia visited the municipal cemetery of Menzel Bouzelfa city, accompanied by three medical-forensic experts, to monitor the exhumation of the body of the deceased and its transportation to the Charles Nicolle Hospital, in Tunis, to be examined there.

El 14 de diciembre de 2011, el Estado parte informó al Comité de que el 14 de mayo de 2011 un juez instructor del Tribunal de Primera Instancia de Grombalia visitó el cementerio municipal de la ciudad de Menzel Bouzelfa acompañado de tres expertos en medicina forense para supervisar la exhumación del cadáver del fallecido y su transporte al Hospital Charles Nicolle de Túnez, donde sería examinado.

Le 14 décembre 2011, l’État partie a informé le Comité que, le 14 mai 2011, un juge d’instruction du tribunal de première instance de Grombalia s’était rendu au cimetière municipal de la ville de Menzel Bouzelfa, accompagné de trois experts médico-légaux, afin de surveiller l’exhumation du corps du défunt et son transport à l’hôpital Charles Nicolle de Tunis, où il devait être examiné.
