The dental implant fixture of the present invention comprises: a main body to be inserted into a drill hole that is bored in an alveolar bone within the oval cavity; a male screw formed in a spiral shape on the outer surface of the main body; and at least one screw fill-up through hole that is pierced in the male screw in the thickness direction of the male screw along the spiral direction thereof and filled with bone-forming materials required for osteogenesis of the alveolar bone.
