Diagnosis: The MR-examination of the neck, including T2-weighted TSE-images, pre- and post-contrast T1-weighted TSE-images and post-contrast 3-D-TOF-MR-angiograms, revealed an abnormal coiling of the left vertebral artery enlarging the intervertebral foramen at C4/5.
