وأثناء الدورة الثالثة والعشرين، عقدت اللجنة الفرعية اجتماعات أخرى مع وفد النرويج وقدمت ”وجهات نظرها الأولية فيما يتعلق ببعض المسائل في المنطقة الدولية (Loop Hole) في بحر بارنتس، وغربي حوض نانسن في المحيط المتجمد الشمالي، والمنطقة الدولية (Banana Hole) في البحر النرويجي وبحر غرينلند“.

During the twenty-third session, the Subcommission held further meetings with the delegation of Norway and presented its “Preliminary considerations regarding certain issues in the Loop Hole in the Barents Sea, the Western Nansen Basin in the Arctic Ocean, and the Banana Hole in the Norwegian and Greenland Seas”.
