وهكذا، تلقّى في عامي 2008 و2009 طلاب الدراسات الجامعية العليا في مجال الصحة العامة وعلم النفس بجامعة إكوادور المركزية تدريباً فيما يتعلق بمفاهيم الإعاقة وحقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة ومضامين الاتفاقية.

Training was provided in 2008 and 2009 to postgraduate students in public health and psychology at the Central University of Ecuador, on subjects including disability, the rights of persons with disabilities and the provisions of the Convention.
