نهنئ أنفسنا على تنفيذ اتفاق الشراكة بين المكسيك والاتحاد الأوروبي، والاتفاق بين الاتحاد الأوروبي وبلدان منطقة البحر الكاريبي، وعلى ما تم إحرازه من تقدم في اتفاقات الشراكة بين الاتحاد الأوروبي وشيلي، وبين الاتحاد الأوروبي والسوق المشتركة لبلدان المخروط الجنوبي.
