Council Decision (CFSP) 2018/901 of 25 June 2018 included Delcy Rodríguez, Vice-President of Venezuela, on a list of persons banned from entering or transiting through the European Union for having ‘undermined democracy and the rule of law in Venezuela, including usurping the powers of the National Assembly and using them to target the opposition and prevent them taking part in the political process.’

La Decisión (PESC) 2018/901 del Consejo, de 25 de junio de 2018, incluyó a la vicepresidenta de Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, en la lista de personas que tienen prohibida la entrada o el tránsito en el territorio de la Unión Europea por «haber menoscabado la democracia y el Estado de Derecho en Venezuela, en particular mediante la usurpación de las competencias de la Asamblea Nacional y su utilización para atacar a la oposición e impedirle su participación en el proceso político».
