الأزمات المالية الاقتصادية والعالمية: أسبابها وتداعياتها :نظرا إلى أن البلدان غير المنحازة والبلدان النامية الأخرى هي أكثر البلدان تضررا الآن ومستقبلا من الأزمات، وإلى أنها أكثر تضررا من البلدان الصناعية التي نشأت فيها الأزمات نتيجة للاختلالات الهيكلية والنقائض التي تشوب النظم الاقتصادية والمالية الدولية السائدة، فإننا ملتزمون بأن نعمل يدا واحدة، بالتنسيق مع مجموعة السبعة والسبعين والصين عن طريق لجنة التنسيق المشتركة، وعلى تحقيق الإصلاح الأساسي للنظم والهياكل الاقتصادية والمالية الدولية من أجل معالجة ما يشوبها من عيوب.

The world financial and economic crisis, its causes and implications: In view of the fact that the non-aligned and other developing countries are and will increasingly be those most adversely affected by the crisis, more than industrialized countries where it originated as a result of the structural imbalances and deficiencies of the prevailing international economic and financial systems, we commit to stand together, in coordination with the Group of 77 and China through the Joint Coordinating Committee, to achieve the fundamental reform of the international economic and financial systems and architecture so as to address its flaws.

La crisis financiera y económica mundial, sus causas y consecuencias: En vista de que los países no alineados y otros países en desarrollo son y seguirán siendo los más perjudicados por la crisis, más que los países industrializados donde se originó como resultado de los desequilibrios estructurales y las deficiencias de los sistemas económico y financiero internacionales imperantes, nos comprometemos a colaborar con el Grupo de los 77 y China, por medio del Comité Conjunto Coordinador, para lograr la reforma fundamental de los sistemas y la arquitectura de la economía y las finanzas internacionales, a fin de corregir sus defectos.

Les crises financière et économique mondiales, leurs causes et leurs conséquences : Étant donné que ces crises frappent et continueront de frapper beaucoup plus gravement les pays non alignés et les autres pays en développement que les pays industrialisés, qui en sont à l’origine du fait des carences et des déséquilibres structurels des systèmes économiques et financiers internationaux dominants, nous nous engageons à faire front ensemble, en coordination avec le Groupe des 77 et la Chine, par l’intermédiaire du Comité de coordination commun, pour réformer de façon radicale ces systèmes et leur architecture afin de remédier à leurs insuffisances.

мировой финансово-экономический кризис, его причины и последствия: ввиду того, что неприсоединившиеся и другие развивающиеся страны уже подвергаются и в будущем подвергнутся наиболее сильному воздействию кризиса, пострадав в большей степени, чем промышленно развитые страны, у которых он и возник в результате структурных перекосов и дефектов, существующих в нынешней международной экономической системе, мы преисполнены решимости совместными усилиями, в координации с Группой 77 и Китаем в рамках Совместного координационного комитета, добиться проведения радикальной реформы международной экономической и финансовых систем и архитектуры, чтобы устранить недостатки в их работе.
