The second phase of governance reform for the World Bank Group, agreed upon in April 2010, foresees a shift in voting power to developing and transition countries in the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the International Development Association (IDA), with a commitment to move, over time, towards equitable voting power.

La segunda fase de la reforma de la gobernanza del Grupo del Banco Mundial, acordada en abril de 2010, contempla una modificación en el número de votos asignados a los países en desarrollo y en transición en el Banco Internacional de Reconstrucción y Fomento (BIRF), la Corporación Financiera Internacional y la Asociación Internacional de Fomento (AIF), con el compromiso de avanzar, con el correr del tiempo, hacia un número de votos equitativo.
