أضف إلى ذلك أنَّ من شأن اشتراط إصدار طلبات لتقديم أفضل العروض النهائية تُوجَّه إلى جميع المورِّدين الباقين في المفاوضات أن يتيح متابعة تفاصيل كل العروض الفعلية التي قُدِّمت للجهة المشترية والتي ينبغي أن تكون الجهة المشترية قد انتهت من النظر فيها قبل اختيار أحدها وفقا للفقرة 5 من هذه المادة.
