تتناول المادة 65 (2) تنفيذ البائع حقه في تحديد المواصفات، فتشترط على البائع، في نفس الوقت، أن يبلّغ المشتري بتفاصيلها ويحدّد لـه فترة زمنية معقولة ليحدّد مواصفات مختلفة.

Article 65 (2) deals with the implementation by the seller of its right to make the specification, requiring the seller at the same time to inform the buyer of the details thereof and allow the buyer a reasonable period of time to make a different specification.

El párrafo 2) del artículo 65 se ocupa del ejercicio por el vendedor de su derecho a hacer la especificación y exige que éste informe al mismo tiempo de sus detalles al comprador y le fije un plazo razonable para que efectúe una especificación diferente.
