Indeed audiences on four continents have had the opportunity to hear them give inspiring interpretations of the piano trios of Beethoven, Brahms, Ravel, Shostakovich and Schumann. Their stalwart commitment to the music of our time, particularly to the work of Canadian composers, remains undiminished and since the group was formed they have commissioned and premiered some thirty new works.
