وسيتناول الإطار، استجابة لمبادرة الاتحاد الدولي للاتصالات المتعلقة بحماية الأطفال على شبكة الإنترنت، التدابير العملية والفعالة اللازمة لحماية الأطفال على شبكة الإنترنت استناداً إلى الأركان الخمسة (5) التي حددها الاتحاد الدولي للاتصالات في ما يتعلق بحماية الأطفال على شبكة الإنترنت، وهي: التدابير القانونية، والتدابير التقنية والإجرائية، والهياكل التنظيمية، وبناء القدرات، والتعاون الدولي.

In compliance with the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) COP global initiative, the Framework will address the practical and effective measures for tackling children online based on the five (5) pillars of the ITU COP, namely: Legal Measures; Technical & Procedural Measures; Organisational Structures; Capacity Building; and International Cooperation.

De conformidad con la iniciativa mundial de Protección de la Infancia en Línea de la Unión Internacional de Telecomunicaciones (UIT), el Marco estratégico incluirá medidas prácticas y efectivas para proteger a la infancia en línea sobre la base de los cinco pilares de la iniciativa de la UIT, a saber: medidas jurídicas; medidas técnicas y de procedimiento; estructuras organizativas; fomento de la capacidad; y cooperación internacional.

Conformément à l’initiative mondiale pour la protection en ligne des enfants (COP) créée par l’Union internationale des télécommunications (UIT), le Cadre définira les mesures pratiques et efficaces propres à assurer la protection en ligne des enfants, en s’appuyant sur les cinq piliers de l’initiative de l’UIT, à savoir: mesures juridiques; mesures techniques et procédurales; structures organisationnelles; renforcement des capacités; et coopération internationale.

В соответствии с Глобальной инициативой Международного союза электросвязи (МСЭ) по защите ребенка в онлайновой среде – ЗРОС Рамками предусмотрены практические и действенные меры по защите детей в онлайновой среде, базирующиеся на пяти основных элементах МСЭ ЗРОС, а именно: правовые меры; технические и процедурные меры; организационные структуры; наращивание потенциала; и международное сотрудничество.
