L’inspecteur examine les catalogues de matériels médicaux pour vérifier la présence d’avertissements portant que les matériels qui y sont annoncés peuvent ne pas tous avoir été homologués, si c’est le cas (article 27). L’inspecteur vérifie le matériel publicitaire utilisé dans le cadre de récentes campagnes de publicité ainsi que l’homologation des matériels visés au moyen des preuves que lui fournit l’entreprise.
