وفي هذا الصدد، تعاونت دولة باراغواي فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ أمر تسليم الطبيب العسكري السابق أتيليو بيانكو، الصادر عن القاضي غوستافو أماريلا (2009)، لمحاكمته جنائياً في جمهورية الأرجنتين بتهمة المشاركة في عمليات غير قانونية أدت إلى الحرمان من الحرية، والخطف، والاحتجاز، والإخفاء القسري وإتلاف وثائق الأحوال المدنية في سياق أدائه لوظيفته كطبيب برتبة نقيب في المستشفى العسكري، في معسكر كامبو دي مايو، في مقاطعة بوينس آيرس، خلال العامين 1977 و1978.

In that connection, the Paraguayan Government cooperated in relation to the extradition order for military doctor Atilio Bianco, issued by judge Gustavo Amarilla in 2009, for trial in Argentina for alleged participation in the illegal deprivation of liberty, abduction, retention and concealment of minors and deletion of civil registry records when he was serving as medical captain of the military hospital in the military garrison of Campo de Mayo in the province of Buenos Aires between 1977 and 1978.

Al respecto, el Estado paraguayo ha cooperado en relación a la orden de extradición del ex médico militar, Atilio Bianco, emitida por el juez Gustavo Amarilla (2009), para ser enjuiciado en la República Argentina, penalmente, por supuesta participación en la privación ilegal de la libertad, sustracción, retención, ocultación de menores y supresión del estado civil cuando se desempeñaba como Capitán médico del Hospital Militar, en la Guarnición Militar de Campo de Mayo, en la Provincia de Buenos Aires, durante los años 1977 y 1978.

Le Paraguay a également collaboré à l’extradition de l’ex-médecin militaire Atilio Bianco, dont le juge Gustavo Amarilla a ordonné l’extradition (2009) afin qu’il soit jugé en Argentine. Atilio Bianco devait répondre de sa participation présumée aux crimes de privation illégale de liberté, de vol, de séquestration, de dissimulation de mineurs et d’effacement d’état civil alors qu’il était médecin-capitaine de l’hôpital militaire de la garnison militaire de Campo de Mayo, dans la province de Buenos Aires, en 1977 et 1978.
