본 발명의 3면 보강심재를 갖춘 복합패널 제조공법은 심재 단면을 기준으로 평면과 수직면을 이용한 3면 보강 구조를 갖는 심재(20)가 기저 패널(10)과 함께 구성되고, 진공(Vacuum)과 대기압 차를 이용해 주입된 수지가 상온에서 경화됨으로써 3면 보강된 심재(20)로 좌굴 강성이 크게 강화된 복합패널(A)이 제조되고, 특히 2차원 평면 보강 구조의 샌드위치 패널이 갖던 강성 및 강도 증대에 대한 근본적인 한계가 3차원 보강심재 타입 샌드위치 패널로 해소되는 특징을 갖는다.
