Die Abteilung setzt zum einen die Tradition der Verknüpfung aggregierter Wirkungsanalysen, qualitativer Implementationsstudien und diverser Methoden des Benchmarking auf regionaler und nationaler Ebene fort, zum anderen verstärkt sie die Bemühungen mikrosoziologischer und mikroökonomischer Kausalmodelle zur Wirksamkeit der Arbeitsmarktpolitik auf langfristige Erwerbsverläufe.

On the one hand, the research unit is continuing the tradition of combining aggregated effects analyses, qualitative implementation studies and various methods of benchmarking at regional and national level. On the other hand, it is adding to the contributions of micro-sociological and microeconomic causal models on the effectiveness of labour market policy with regard to long-term career paths.
