In order to improve the structure, the conduit comprises one or more cylinders (22) having directions of rotation which can neutralise the effect of a harmful generated force couple, said cylinders rotating at a suitable speed and containing a fluid (3) which adopts a cylindrical tubular shape owing to the centrifugal force.
