The reactor comprises a body divided by a liquid-permeable element (6) into two compartments, a top compartment (3) and a bottom compartment (4); an inlet (1) through which reagents in the gaseous state are supplied is located in said top compartment of the body (7) of the reactor; an outlet (2) for volatile/gaseous products and/or unconverted reagents is located in the top compartment and/or in the bottom compartment of the body of the reactor; and an outlet (5) for condensed products is located in the bottom compartment (4) of the body (7) of the reactor.
