Da der Antrag ausreichende Beweismittel für das Vorliegen unerlaubter Handelspraktiken und einer Schädigung im Sinne von Artikel 6 Absatz 1 der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 2641/84 enthielt, gab die Kommission durch Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Gemeinschaften (2) die Einleitung eines Verfahrens wegen unerlaubter Handelspraktiken in Indonesien in Form widerrechtlicher Reproduktion von Tonaufzeichnungen der Tarifstelle 92.12 B I des Gemeinsamen Zolltarifs entsprechend NIMEXE-Kennziffer 92.12-39 bekannt.

As the complaint provided sufficient evidence, within the meaning of Article 6 (1) of Regulation (EEC) No 2641/84, of the existence of illicit commercial practices and of consequent injury, the Commission announced in a notice published in the Official Journal of the European Communities (2) the initiation of an examination procedure concerning the unauthorized reproduction of sound recordings in Indonesia falling within subheading 92.12 B I of the Common Customs Tariff, corresponding to NIMEXE code 92.12-39;
