The development of this thesis: IMPACT OF MULTIMEDIA APPLICATIONS IN THE TEACHING / LEARNING PROCESS THE VISUALLY IMPAIRED STUDENTS NATIONAL TECHNICAL COLLEGE "LEOVIGILDO LOAYZA LOAYZA" PIÑAS CITY, SCHOOL YEAR 2011-2012, consists of a job research aimed at determining the level of impact that can generate multimedia applications in teaching / learning of students with visual disabilities; for which a methodological process based on inductive, deductive, descriptive statistical methods and hypothetical, the same as those supported in the techniques of observation, interviews and survey was developed.

El desarrollo de la presente tesis titulada: IMPACTO DE LAS APLICACIONES MULTIMEDIA EN EL PROCESO ENSEÑANZA/APRENDIZAJE DE LOS ESTUDIANTES CON DISCAPACIDAD VISUAL DEL COLEGIO NACIONAL TÈCNICO “LEOVIGILDO LOAYZA LOAYZA” DE LA CIUDAD DE PIÑAS, AÑO LECTIVO 2011-2012, consiste en un trabajo de investigación orientado a determinar el nivel de impacto que pueden generar las aplicaciones multimedia en el proceso de enseñanza/aprendizaje de los estudiantes con discapacidades visual; para lo que se desarrolló un proceso metodológico fundamentado en los métodos inductivo, deductivo, descriptivo, estadístico e hipotético, los mismos que se apoyaron en las técnicas de la observación, entrevista y encuesta.
