Un tel phénomène constitue un «rejet» au sens de l'article 1er, paragraphe 2, sous d), de la directive 76/464, dans la mesure où la pollution des eaux de surface provient d'un acte imputable à une personne, à savoir l'implantation dans ces eaux de poteaux de bois traités à la créosote, laquelle, au contact de l'eau, se libère du bois sous forme de particules polluantes.
