في الجلسة العامة 44 المعقودة في 10 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2001، وبعد أن نظر المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في طلب الرابطة الدولية للمجالس الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والمؤسسات المماثلة، قرر، بموجب المادة 79 من النظام الداخلي للمجلس، أن يجيز للمنظمة المشاركة بصفة منتظمة في مناقشات المجلس المتعلقة بالمسائل التي تدخل في نطاق أنشطتها، دون أن يكون لها حق التصويت.

At its 44th plenary meeting, on 10 October 2001, the Economic and Social Council, having considered the application of the International Association of Economic and Social Councils and Similar Institutions, decided, in accordance with rule 79 of the rules of procedure of the Council, that the organization might participate on a continuing basis, without the right to vote, in the deliberations of the Council on questions within the scope of its activities.

En su 44a sesión plenaria, celebrada el 10 de octubre de 2001, el Consejo Económico y Social, habiendo examinado la solicitud hecha por la Asociación Internacional de Consejos Económicos y Sociales e Instituciones Análogas, decidió, de conformidad con el artículo 79 del reglamento del Consejo, que esa organización podría participar a título permanente, sin derecho a voto, en las deliberaciones del Consejo sobre las cuestiones que estén dentro del ámbito de sus actividades.

На своем 44‐м заседании 10 октября 2001 года Экономический и Социальный Совет, рассмотрев заявление Международной ассоциации экономических и социальных советов и аналогичных организаций, постановил в соответствии с правилом 79 правил процедуры Совета, что эта организация может участвовать на непрерывной основе без права голоса в заседаниях Совета, входящих в сферу деятельности этой организации.
