The proposal was revised on the basis of the comments received and then circulated on 21 September 2005 to the OECD Task Force on Harmonization of Classification and Labelling, to the Sub-Committee of Experts on the GHS and to the Sub-Committee of Experts on the Transport of Dangerous Goods.
