UNIFIL also continued to expand its collaboration with other United Nations entities, including the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and participated in inter-agency coordination meetings for south Lebanon organized under the auspices of the Resident Coordinator, along with thematic working groups on water and sanitation, education, health and livelihoods.
