النظام العالمي للإنذار المبكر هو نظام مشترك تتمثَّل قيمته المضافة في قدرته على الجمع بين آليات التنبيه والمعلومات المتصلة بالأمراض التابعة لكل من المنظمة العالمية لصحة الحيوان والفاو ومنظمة الصحة العالمية، والتنسيق بين هذه الآليات.
