If the earnings-related pension contribution referred to in subsection 1 is not paid by the due date, the pension contribution and the penalty interest referred to in paragraph 1 can be collected by distraint without separate ruling or judgement as laid down in the Act on the Implementation of Taxes and Public Payments.
