These conditions shall be determined, within three days from the service of a written notice of a strike to the employer, by an agreement of the parties to collective labour dispute who shall inform the Government of the Republic of Lithuania or executive municipal body accordingly in writing.

Esas condiciones se determinarán, antes de transcurridos tres días desde la presentación de un aviso escrito de huelga al empleador, mediante un acuerdo de las partes en el convenio colectivo, que informarán debidamente al Gobierno de la República de Lituania o al órgano municipal competente.
