No legislative or other measures have been taken to realize the right of everyone to enjoy the benefits of scientific progress, but the Manx society provides an atmosphere in which people can pursue their education, business interests, scientific research or personal interests free from any form of restriction, so long as to do so does not harm any other individual or society as a whole
