The implementation of the above-mentioned Article, is for example the cases of Butar‐butar (former Commander of Military Zone/Kodim 0502 of North Jakarta) and Sutrisno Mascung, (the Platoon Commander), both were suspects in the Tanjung Priok Case who were found guilty in the first level court.
