وقد كشف التقرير عن جملة انتهاكات منها حالات الاختفاء القسري وحالات الإعدام خارج نطاق القضاء، ولا سيما حالتي دايل أنطوني دايفس وأندري سميث اللذين قُبض عليهما في أيار/مايو 2010؛ وقد غاب الأول عن الأنظار منذ أن ألقي القبض عليه وعُثر على الثاني ميتاً.
