Maalsaetningen er, ved hjaelp af optimal anvendelse og udvikling af telematikudstyr og -systemer, at bidrage til lettere adgang for brugerne til den rigdom af viden, der findes paa bibliotekerne, ved at mindske de handicap, der skyldes de eksisterende infrastrukturmaessige forskelle i Faellesskabet.

Ο στόχος είναι να διευκολυνθεί, με την καλύτερη δυνατή χρήση και ανάπτυξη του εξοπλισμού και των συστημάτων τηλεματικής, η πρόσβαση των χρήστων στο απόθεμα των γνώσεων που υπάρχει στις βιβλιοθήκες, με τη μείωση των προβλημάτων που προκύπτουν από τις σημερινές ανισότητες στον τομέα της υποδομής στην Κοινότητα .

The objective is to facilitate user access, by optimum use and development of equipment and telematic systems, to the wealth of knowledge held in libraries while reducing the handicaps caused by the present disparate infrastructutres in the Community.

El objetivo en este ámbito es contribuir a facilitar el acceso de los usuarios al acervo de conocimientos contenido en las bibliotecas, mediante la utilización óptima y el desarrollo de equipos y sistemas telemáticos, disminuyendo así los obstáculos derivados de las disparidades dentro de la Comunidad en cuanto a infraestructura.
