كما أوصت الحكومة بتسريح من تحدد هويتهم من مرتكبي الانتهاكات الجسيمة لحقوق الإنسان من صفوفها، وكررت دعوة مجلس الأمن إلى إنشاء آلية فرز يتم بموجبها محاسبة كل ضابط على سجله السابق لحقوق الإنسان، بمن فيهم من يشغلون مناصب رسمية رئيسية(119).
