Establishment of 3,514 t (33.8 % of total inshore TAC) reserve by removing 18.27 % (1,900 t) from the top of the total inshore quota before distribution to HFAs according to actual shares and by removing 50 % of the HFA 16A and 16C allocation and 25 % of HFA 16B, 16G and 17* allocation after the distribution to HFAs.
