مع إنشاء فرع لاهاي التابع للآلية، المقرر أن يتم في 1 تموز/يوليه 2013، يكون المدعي العام قد بدأ الترتيبات، بالتشاور مع المدعي العام لمحكمة يوغوسلافيا السابقة ورئيس قلم الآلية، للإعداد كذلك من أجل تدبير الموظفين الملائمين لمكتب المدعي العام وتهيئة المرافق واتخاذ الترتيبات الإدارية بما يكفل انتقالاً سلساً للمهام ذات الصلة من مكتب المدعي العام لمحكمة يوغوسلافيا السابقة إلى الآلية في التاريخ المذكور أعلاه.

With the establishment of The Hague branch of the Mechanism set for 1 July 2013, the Prosecutor has begun arrangements, in consultation with the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia Prosecutor and the Registrar, to prepare for recruitment of appropriate staff of the Office of the Prosecutor, as well as facilities and administrative arrangements, in order to ensure a smooth transition of relevant functions of the Office of the Prosecutor of the Tribunal to the Mechanism on that date.

A la vista del establecimiento de la subdivisión de La Haya del Mecanismo, que tendrá lugar el 1 de julio de 2013, el Fiscal del Mecanismo, en consulta con el Fiscal del Tribunal Internacional para la ex-Yugoslavia y el Secretario del Mecanismo, ha iniciado el proceso de contratación del personal necesario y las disposiciones para dotar a la Oficina del Fiscal de los medios materiales y las estructuras administrativas que se requieren para transferir sin tropiezos en esa fecha al Mecanismo las funciones pertinentes de la Oficina del Fiscal del Tribunal.

En vue de la mise en place de la Division de La Haye du Mécanisme qui aura lieu le 1er juillet 2013, le Procureur du Mécanisme, en accord avec le Procureur du Tribunal pénal international pour l’ex-Yougoslavie et le Greffier du Mécanisme, a commencé à prendre les dispositions appropriées pour assurer le recrutement du personnel requis de même que pour doter le Bureau du Procureur des moyens matériels et des structures administratives nécessaires pour opérer un transfert sans heurt des fonctions pertinentes du Bureau du Procureur du Tribunal pénal international pour l’ex-Yougoslavie au Mécanisme, le 1er juillet 2013.

Поскольку учреждение отделения Механизма в Гааге запланировано на 1 июля 2013 года, Обвинитель в консультации с Обвинителем Международного уголовного трибунала по бывшей Югославии и Секретарем Механизма начал принимать меры в целях подготовки к набору надлежащих сотрудников Канцелярии, а также меры по обеспечению помещениями и административному обеспечению в целях плавной передачи функций Канцелярии Обвинителя Трибунала Механизму.

余留机制海牙分支机构拟于2013年7月1日设立,为此检察官已开始与前南斯拉夫问题国际刑事法庭检察官和余留机制书记官长协商作出有关安排,准备征聘适当的检察官办公室工作人员并落实设施和行政安排,以确保该法庭检察官办公室的相关职能在上述日期顺利过渡到余留机制。
