Following the entry into force of the OSPAR Convention for the Protection of the Marine Environment of the North-east Atlantic on 25 March (Table III), a decision on the disposal of disused offshore installations was adopted at the first OSPAR ministerial meeting in Sintra (Portugal) in July (1).

À la suite de l'entrée en vigueur de la convention sur la protection du milieu marin de l'Atlantique du Nord-Est (convention OSPAR), le 25 mars (tab. III), une décision sur l'élimination des installations offshore désaffectées a été prise lors de la première réunion ministérielle de l'OSPAR, en juillet, à Sintra (Portugal) (1).
