1-2 وفي 21 نيسان/أبريل 2010، طلب المقرر المعني بالبلاغات الجديدة والتدابير المؤقتة، نيابةً عن اللجنة، إلى الدولة الطرف عدم طرد صاحب البلاغ ومن يرافقه من مُعاليه إلى جمهورية إيران الإسلامية ريثما تنظر اللجنة في بلاغهم.

1.2 On 21 April 2010, the Special Rapporteur on new communications and interim measures, acting on behalf of the Committee, requested the State party not to expel the author and his accompanying dependents to the Islamic Republic of Iran while their communication was under consideration by the Committee.
