CUSO programming in Burkina Faso focuses on the support to organizations and networks of women's organizations, to allow the development of their capacities in resource mobilization for the carrying out of significant actions to the benefit of their members; training; defense actions; support to organizations intervening in the fields of health and food with a view to ensure food security to vulnerable populations (women, children and ill persons); social integration and community contribution to the care of the HIV/AIDS infected/affected persons on the one hand, and, on the other hand, the promotion of alliances between burkinabè partners and Canadian socio-professional organizations.

La programmation de CUSO au Burkina Faso est centrée sur l'appui aux organisations et réseaux d'organisations de femmes à développer leurs capacités dans la mobilisation de ressources pour la conduite d'action d'ampleur au bénéfice de leurs membres; la formation; la conduite d'actions de plaidoyer; l'appui aux organisations intervenant dans les domaines de la santé et de l'alimentation en vue d'assurer la sécurité alimentaire des populations vulnérables (Femmes, enfants et malades); ainsi que l'intégration sociale et la prise en charge communautaire des personnes infectées et/ou affectées par le VIH/SIDA d'une part et d'autre part la promotion d'alliances entre des partenaires burkinabés et des organisations socio-professionnelles canadiennes.
