본 발명은 사용자 참여에 의해 이루어지는 쿠폰 정보의 공유 정도에 따라서 할인율이 실시간으로 변동되는 쿠폰을 제공함으로써 사용자의 흥미를 유발하고, 이를 통해 마케팅 효과를 더 높일 수 있는 온라인 쿠폰 서비스 제공 시스템, 그의 온라인 쿠폰 서비스 제공 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로서, 각 쿠폰에 대한 쿠폰 정보를 등록하고, 등록된 쿠폰 정보를 다수의 사용자가 공유할 수 있도록 직접 또는 간접적으로 제공하되, 상기 쿠폰 정보가 다수의 사용자간에 공유되는 정도를 확인하고, 상기 쿠폰 정보에 대한 다수 사용자 간의 공유 정도에 따라서 쿠폰의 할인율을 계산하여, 결정된 할인율의 쿠폰을 상기 쿠폰 정보의 공유에 참여한 사용자에게 제공한다.
