본 발명은 프로바이오틱 함유(냉동)식품 생성 보존 미생물을 요구르트 아이스크림이나 프로바이오틱 함유 건강기호식품으로 제조하여 판매할 수 있도록 한 아이스크림 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 인체 건강을 위하여 프로바이오틱 식품(냉동) 합성 미생물 자체를 파괴나 손상 없이 원하는 수용 미생물 요구르트 아이스크림 또는 프로바이오틱 함유 제품으로 제조 및 출하할 수 있는 구조로 이루어져 있는데, 이는 원료합성 작업실인 원료통에 요구르트와 우유 및 프로바이오틱 식품을 넣게 되면 교반기에 의해 교반된 후 냉각실린더에 투입되어 아이스 프로바이오틱 식품이 제조되며, 합성집합실에서 구매자의 손잡이 레버 조작에 의해 첨가물을 선택하면 요구르트 아이스크림 및 프로바이오틱 함유 냉동식품 윗부분에 첨가물이 떨어져 영양성과 미각을 이루면서 동시에 사용자의 용기에 담아지게 된다.
