ينبغي، حرصاً على موثوقية عمليات تحديد الهوية، إعمال طريقة منسقة تشرك فريقاً متعدد التخصصات يضم من بين من يضم أخصائيي الأمراض، وأخصائيي الطب الشرعي، وأخصائيي الأشعة وأخصائيي الأنثروبولوجيا، وأطباء الأسنان، وخبراء البصمات، والمصورين، وأخصائيي المورفولوجيا، وأخصائيي الطب الشرعي الوراثي، وبذلك تتعزز كفاءة عملية صنع القرار بشأن أنواع التحليلات التي يتعين إجراؤها، حسب التحقيق والمعلومات الأساسية للتحقيق وما اكتُشف من حقائق، حتى يتسنى إتمام تحديد الهوية بشكل موثوق به؛

Reliable identification processes should be handled in a coordinated manner with the involvement of an interdisciplinary team made up of, inter alia, pathologists, forensic medical specialists, radiologists, anthropologists, odontologists, fingerprint experts, photographers, morphologists and forensic geneticists, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the decision-making process regarding the types of analyses to be carried out, depending on the investigation, the background to the investigation and the discoveries made, until a reliable identification can be finalized;

Los procesos de identificación fehaciente deben manejarse de manera integrada con participación de un equipo interdisciplinario integrado por, entre otros, patólogos, médicos especialistas forenses, médicos radiólogos, antropólogos, odontólogos, expertos en dactiloscopia, fotógrafos, morfólogos y genetistas forenses que permita orientar, de una manera más eficiente, hacia qué tipos de análisis se deben practicar, dependiendo de la investigación, los antecedentes y los hallazgos, hasta concluir finalmente en la identificación fehaciente.

Pour être fiables, les processus d’identification doivent être menés d’une façon coordonnée dans le cadre d’une équipe interdisciplinaire composée, notamment, de pathologistes, d’experts médico-légaux, de radiologues, d’anthropologues, d’odontologues, d’experts en dactyloscopie, de photographes, de morphologues et de spécialistes en génétique médico-légale. Cela permet de renforcer l’efficacité du processus de prise de décision concernant le type d’analyses à effectuer en fonction de l’enquête, du contexte de celle-ci et des découvertes déjà faites, jusqu’à la finalisation d’une identification fiable;
