Inden for telesektoren kan følgende faciliteter på nuværende tidspunkt forventes at udgøre væsentlige faciliteter: f.eks. de offentlige telefonnet for tale- og/eller datatjenester, fast kredsløb og dermed forbundet nettermineringsudstyr, grundlæggende data vedrørende abonnenter på offentlige taletelefonitjenester, nummereringssystemer og andre kunderelevante eller tekniske oplysninger.

Bei folgenden Einrichtungen ist zur Zeit davon auszugehen, daß sie wesentliche Einrichtungen des Telekommunikationsbereichs darstellen: z. B. die öffentlichen Telekommunikationsnetze für Sprach- und/oder Datendienste, Mietleitungen und/oder zugehörige Netzabschlußeinrichtungen, Basisdaten zu Teilnehmern am öffentlichen Fernsprechdienst, Nummernpläne und andere technische oder kundenbezogene Informationen.

The following facilities could at present be expected to constitute essential facilities in the telecommunications sector: for example, the public telecommunications networks for voice and/or data services, leased circuit or and related network terminating equipment, basic data regarding subscribers to the public voice telephony service, numbering schemes and other customer or technical information.
