Through its regional delegation for Peru, the International Committee of the Red Cross for Bolivia, Ecuador and Peru hosted the second international humanitarian law course for instructors in Lima on 22 and 23 September 2005, which was attended by two Ecuadorian army officers.

El Comité Internacional de la Cruz Roja para las Repúblicas de Bolivia, el Ecuador y el Perú, a través de la Delegación Regional del CICR, para el Perú, invitó al "Segundo Curso de Derecho Internacional Humanitario para Instructores", en la ciudad de Lima, entre el 22 y 23 de septiembre de 2005, al que asistieron dos oficiales de la fuerza terrestre.

Par l’intermédiaire de sa délégation régionale pour le Pérou, le Comité international de la Croix‐Rouge pour les Républiques de Bolivie, d’Équateur et du Pérou a organisé le «Deuxième cours de droit international humanitaire destiné aux instructeurs» à Lima, les 22 et 23 septembre 2005. Deux officiers de l’armée de terre y ont participé.
