Es wird aufgezeigt, daß neben den kinematischen Daten wie Beschleunigung usw. auch andere Randbedingungen, wie horizontaler Abstand Kopf - Kopfstütze, augenblickliche Kopfhaltung, instinktive Abwehrmechanismen, Resonanzeffekte u. a. mitentscheidend dafür sind, ob eine Halswirbelsaulenverletzung in einem konkreten Fall zustande kommt oder nicht.

We show that apart from the kinetic data, such as acceleration etc., other variables are to be considered, for instance: the horizontal distance between the head and the head-rest, the position of the head at the moment, the instinctive defensive reaction and effects of resonance.
