وإذ تلاحظ التعاون القائم بين حكومة جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية وبرنامج الأغذية العالمي ومنظمة الأمم المتحدة للطفولة ومنظمة الأمم المتحدة للأغذية والزراعة لإجراء تقييم سريع لحالة الأمن الغذائي في البلد، وكذلك رسالة التفاهم التي وُقّعت مع برنامج الأغذية العالمي، وإذ تشدّد على أهمية إتاحة مزيد من فرص الوصول لجميع الكيانات التابعة للأمم المتحدة،
