تحافظ الهيئات المسؤولة عن إنفاذ القانون على تعاون مكثف مع نظيراتها الدولية في مكافحة الفساد (انظر المادة 74 من قانون مكافحة الجريمة المنظمة وتمويل الإرهاب) من خلال المنظمات والشبكات كالإنتربول والسوق الجنوبية المشتركة (ميركوسور) وفرقة العمل الكاريبية المعنية بالإجراءات المالية.

The bodies responsible for law enforcement maintain extensive cooperation with their international counterparts in the fight against corruption (see art. 74 of the Organized Crime and Financing of Terrorism Act) through organizations and networks such as INTERPOL, the Southern Common Market (MERCOSUR) and the Caribbean Financial Action Task Force (CFATF).
