With respect to the recommendation made by CP in 1975 that rip-rap be installed upstream from the culvert on the south bank of the Roy-Labbé watercourse, the MAFFQ states that an inspection of the Roy-Labbé watercourse at that time by engineers of MAFFQ revealed that CP had installed protective walls at the critical points upstream and downstream from the culvert.

En ce qui a trait à la recommandation faite par le CP en 1975 pour l'installation d'un perré en amont du ponceau sur la rive sud du cours d'eau Roy-Labbé, le MAPAQ indique qu'une inspection du cours d'eau faite à l'époque par les ingénieurs du MAPAQ avait permis de constater que le CP avait installé des murs de protection aux points critiques, en amont et en aval du ponceau.
